You are correct. I believe you can get them from paintballer187.com for about $40, or wait for a 2nd hand one.

I ordered one from Paintballer187 just under two weeks ago,
$39.95 plus $5 delivery. Think it worked out just under £30.
Got home from work today and its already here.
Got mine through Lips a while back. Don't know if they still get them in but might be worth an ask.

Im sure you can find better deals in mainland EU than in the US (with regards to the price when you add shipping costs).
I know that here in Poland they cost about 150PLN, which should be divided by 5 if you want to convert into GBP. That makes 30GBP for a myth reg with the additional costs of shipping which will make it well under 40 to your door.
