If the winning bid is under £500 I reserve the right to add P&P costs unless pickup is arranged.

Bidding price includes Paypal, however postage is £50 extra or free if the bidding goes over £500.

I understand that, but say for example I win at £560 and postage for him is gonna be £50 which means he pockets £510 after postage cost, would he take say £520 on collection?

But what if somebody bid £540 and was willing to pickup for no discount? That wouldn't be fair on him. To add a pickup discount at this stage would make it way too complicated....
