Has a HP cp regulator dust red, a few marks on collar where i tried to loosen collar, but thats just cosmetic and nothing to worry about.
UK legal with PI mark.

Tested 29.04.08 by H-pac so just under 4 years before next test due.
2. Pure energy 45/45 bottle 0.74L fibrewrap Sold, waiting for echeque to clear pic1 pic2 pic3
Has a LP cp regulator gloss red, UK legal with PI mark.

Has just under 3 years before 1st test due.
will include a HP cp kit, easily convert this into HP with a quick change of the regulator piston.
