Playing Pack

As per usual I'm fishing for a friend.

And he is looking for a new pack to play with. The newer/better condition, the more will be offered. He would like to spend about £15 but in a strong case may go up to £20. Suitable packs would be NXE's, CP's, Empires, anything with elastic ejection really. Should be either 3+ or 4+.
