were there different types of rotor's eg edition 1, edition 2?

if so what is the difference? if not please delete this thread :p

basically the only difference is that gen 1s dont have the velcro tabs to keep the batteries in place, but mine have never moved

unfortunately that is incorrect. The velcro is not the only modification done since the release of the rotor. One VERY important modification is a new anti jam system which has just recently been put into the new rotors.

Basically before it was a hit or miss. Either you got a rotor which worked flawlessly and you were able to make sweet love to it, or it was such a pain in the ass that you switched to a prophecy. Some people had to turn the rotor upside down and shake it to unjam it but now it is fixed with the new anti jam "arm". Hope this answers your question. I just purcahsed a rotor and not sure if it has the new system or not :[

the new revised feed system has a shark like fin, ive heard that dye will replace your old one for the new style if your having jamming issues :D

supposibly it fixes all of the problems so its definately something to consider. I know if my rotor comes without one Ill be trying to these switched ;)

you guys have been in the lucky group :D Have two friends who couldnt stand playing with it because it would jam few times a game and the anti jam didnt work

im doing a walkon today as i cant do the big game so will post up the results this evening ill be using formula 13 and rps premium
