How to Detail a Gun

We've got another one

Trouble is, what sort of thickness are we looking at in mills.
Granted, the average production car is say 6 mills, so what thickness is the finish on a marker and how many times could we detail it?

It's not as if we are talking custom finishes to 15 mills or more is it?


Looks nice though. Will have to try that all in one, I did use some of the Chemical Guys Sealer recently, good stuff.

I like experimenting with Lambs wool on a scrap pannel. Got it off to a fine art

i use Lambs every day, very agresive but nice and fast

Yeah, point being, for the less experienced (me), cut lambs wool can generate a bit too much heat

I like foam

What is challenging about the Vectra dude? (wanting to learn)

Well, pics are good. Main point was that you seemed to suggest that the colour itself was challenging, should I assume it is metallic?
