Okay - are you guys camping?; if so, we will save you some space if you let us know how many are coming down (number of tents)

Are you also bringing your own easy up for staging? Need to know so we can plan it in to the space we have - If so, can you let me know what size it is please?

Unfortunalty we dont have a staging 'tent' type thing, it had an little accident a while ago at the PA and they are a fortune for a new one lol.
We have a couple of tables or if need be i will go and buy a couple of folding tables. I think there is a few sleeping (cuddling) in the van, i have a tent and i would presume maybe another 1 tent and we are covered.
As sid said we will be driving down on the sat morning as some of us work on the friday night any idea what time we will need to be there for? I spoke to rich via pm a little while ago and i think we covered everything just waiting on the exact schedule and stuff.

First block of games will be 9.30 prompt. We have plenty of staging area in the easy ups so dont panic, it was only for those who like to bring there own.
Full schedule will be ready for wed as im just waiting to here back from a couple of teams, etc due to drop outs.

Got some support guys comming down on Sunday how do I go about sorting their entry mateFor those teams taking part in this event, I have arranged for free entry into the show for the team and a limited number of 'support' people. I have been told that we can expect 9-10 tickets per team.
If you can please let me know when you think you will be arriving on site, ie Friday or Saturday morning that would be very helpful. Please also remember there is camping available and on site food, drink and even a fairground

Just done new schedule, the 6 teams that have entered have been split into 2 pre-seeded divisions for there first 2 prelim games. There second 2 prleim games will be seeded on results from previous 2 matches.
For Sat session. (provisional)

A3 Mean Machine
Group B (pre seeded)

Group A will play the first game at 10.00, captains meeting at 9.30.
Group B will play there first game at 13.15, captains meeting at 12.30.
For sat nights entertainment we should have Guitar Hero World tour rigged up on the TV in the chill out tent for a giggle.
Sunday will then have remianing 2 prelims played in the morning, first game 10 am with semis and finals in the afternoon.
