its ultralite threads, like with a freak tip which threads in to a freak back, this is a front section to fit ultralite backs, to make a total 16" length

yes mate it should do, ive got a really old stainless steel dye back and it fits that so im sure they have always used the same tip thread, buy it and if it doesnt fit for you, send it back and i will refund you? cant say fairer than that!
