I eventually got back £38.55 of the £40 quid I sent to him via the pay pal claim procedure(5 weeks later). If I ever see him I'm guessing a punch in the gut is worth about £1.45 so I'm glad I didn't get it all back.

i have been speaking to him on the xbox and he says everything is all sorted now but i just asked if it was on here to see if he was telling the truth and if any of the mod's had done anything
