i asked about this for you today and was told it was sorted about 2 weeks ago and you have been refunded!I bought an empire hopper from him for £40 on the 10th of march (3 weeks ago today). Didn't hear from him until he was chased up by Gassy on sunday the 22nd and he then contacted me telling me it had been sent by his mum the day before and he had internet problems (yeah right!!). 9 days later I am still waiting for it. I opened up a pay pal dispute about 10 days ago and will probably take it to a claim in the next couple of days unless I receive it.
If anybody needs any more info give me a shout. I have his number now so will hound him until I get it sorted.

Thanks for having a word. I launched a pay pal dispute a while ago for them to try and contact him. I haven't been refunded and won't be until I make a claim as I thought he had sent the hopper (he told me it was in the post). I think he is mistaken as the money hasn't gone into my account and if he checks his bank statement he will realise he still has the money. I hope he knows that I WILL get my money back even if I have to come down for it.
Thanks for the help mate and if you could get him to check his statement and then pay pal the money back to me that would be the easiest way to resolve this stupid little issue that I cannot be bothered getting stressed over any longer.

I dont think he does have the money.
If you have filed a complaint paypal holds the money until its resolved.
Keep escalating the complaint if he doesnt respond. Thats what its for.
Ultimately if he cant provide paypal with proof you received the item, you will get the money.

Not too sure,But I think Paypal freeze their account,so they can not get at any money that is left in it as well.

I pm`d Tompmr on saturday and asked him again to sort everybody out,But have not heard anything from him.
Not laying claim to this victory but I had a 'word' on saturday as the kid is getting on my tits now with his so called 'association' with our team. (he has bugger all to do with MM in any way shape or form for the record
).Hopefully he will give it up now being such a nobber and walk away from paintball. Harsh but the sports doesnt need little scr**es like him.
