Hi this might be abit long so sorry.
New to paintball and my first marker is my new mini. took it out the box, bottle on, paint in new magna, new batteries and shot shot shot shot break break!! turned the hopper speed down shot 100 then break break.
Have managed to get it to do 2000 with out a break by closing the regulator down from 200 to 180, fitted a freak system, also changed the eye break speed to max delay.
yesturday i decided to try turning up to 200 on the reg and dry fire it.... it started to fire five shots fine the sounds like half a shot (very little flow). when i do this reading the gauge on the asa it drops from bouncing between 200-150 to below 100?? my thoughts were a bottle regulator restriction. it is a second hand bottle. can i strip this down to inspect without having to have it retested?? but it is a stako so is it a throw away job?? or can i fit a new reg?? or am i looking in total tjhe wrong place??
any advise would be great, apart from the 'just give it to a shop type answers', but then if thats the only way....just dont like admitting defeat.
Cheers for looking.
