Hi, Ive recently been speaking to George from GTPaintball and he suggested registering on these here forums!
He also suggested coming to this event!
It would probably be a bit of a challenge for me considering I live in Cheshire
(Northwest England)
Its not a comforting distance, from A to B as shown by this google maps screenshot haha.....

What do we need in terms of equipment etc?!
As by the 5th all I will own is my own Mask (Thanks again George :))
I wouldnt want to turn up and not be able to do anything!!
Thanks

Mate northern quarter to newbie days near Manchester which would be a lot easier for you to get to. Search the forums you'll find it.

Hi Pigeon. You will need a marker, air system, mask and hopper to get started. In future GT paintball will hopefully be attending, which will make it easy to get yourself kitted out. In the meantime I can arrange for you to hire whatever kit you need.

It is a long way to come. If you are able to make the journey we shall do whatever we can to ensure you have the best day possible. PM me if you have any other questions.

Thanks Simon!

To be honest I wont be coming to this one, as it is a long way!
And costs of travel will probably be too much!

I will probably be sticking to more local events for the time being!

I will look into coming down in future though!

Yeah I will definately be using George at GT Paintball's excellent services, prices & deals for my equipment :)

Thanks Again!

We are all set for Sunday. Should be between 15-20 people.

I think I have PM'd everyone back with directions and my contact phone numbers; if not, please PM me again.

Hi Simon
Just want to wish you all the best in getting this event off the ground, unfortunately cant get there myself, due to playing in the NSPL, but will hopefully get down to the next one, have you got any future dates planned yet

Thanks very much. Once the first event is done and dusted I shall arrange another date and post up here.

Best of luck for the NSPL - is looking like it should be a great day. Is a shame Havoc lost too many players to compete this year; but I expect we'll be back in the future.

Or maybe if any of your guys still want to play NSPL look for teams that are still taking on players, Demolition squad are looking at building a 3rd team, and i know other teams are also still looking to bolster their squads, add me to your msn if you use it rsf_spurdog@hotmail.com
Pretty much all of last year's squad are gone now - playing for other teams already or quit the sport. We'll see how it goes over the year - rebuild slowly, have some fun, and see what we want to do in the future when the time comes. :)
