Hey,

I aired up my Etek but it wont fire.

I think its either the trigger or the solenoid:confused:

any tips on how to fix this problem?

Okay, I'm going to assume you know how to turn on your marker and turn the eyes off etc. There are two possibilities. Does it make any noise when you pull the trigger or does the bolt move at all (ie, is it "trying" to fire)? If yes, change the battery (in fact, try that anyway). If you change the battery and have no joy, I recommend unscrewing the bottom screw on your trigger to allow the trigger to travel further in (here, I'm assuming the trigger isn't activating the microswitch). Try that and get back to us :)

The bolt did not move at all, the battery is running out(the marker turns on and then turns itself off straight away) ill buy a new battery tomorrow, ill carry out your other suggestions tomorrow

thanks

If your battery is run(ing) out, that is the cause of your problem, put a fresh one in and keep a spare to hand just in case..

as devrij has already said you have turned the eyes off yes?

you have turned the asa on?

is their enough air in your tank?

plus (dont really think this could be the reason but) is the bolt pin located properly into the rammer?

all simple things but, always could be the problem
