"Lost" DM7 @ US Dye.

Hey guys, I was in the US and bought a second hand DM7 from (another paintball forum), I sent it in to Dye in the US to get repaired, and they never got back to me before I had to leave back for England.

Unfortunately due to time constrants and really unsociable working hours, I haven't had much of a chance to actually get in contact with them, and all attempts have provided fruitless (they don't respond to my emails, or return phone calls etc.) - don't suppose it'd be possible for one of you guys to give them a bit of a nudge and see if they still even HAVE it, could you?

More than happy to throw a PM with all my details to anyone willing to lend me a hand.

P.S. You haven't discontinued the Ranger Backpack, have you? I was really looking to buy one and everyone seems out of stock. >.<

-What colour the DM7 is, and if it has any aftermarket parts on it
-What the problem was

I find this post hard to believe .....but you found time to write this up???

If there's one thing I know about Dye mate, and how Ellcie runs the show in Croydon, they would never allow a fone call or email to go unanswered.

And the same goes for the US side of things.......try forwarding all those 'unanswered' emails you sent to Ash, and also a list of the unresponded fone calls, if there's a problem to be dealt with, then those guys will do just that.

Don't get me wrong, they *answer* the phone calls, it's just that I got the "Sorry, the tech/techs are busy, can I get them to give you a call back?", I never get the call back.

Admittedly, you know, it's been a few months since I last attempted to call them (you try working past full time pulling day/night shifts at the largest retailer in the UK, and see how much energy you have to deal with this stuff :p) - oh, I finally got a week of work, which is why I do have time to post right now.

Ash - thanks mate, just threw you an email with everything you wanted. Mad props to you, always been great. ^^;

Kinda sucks to hear about the Ranger pack, but it happens.
