my new toy (Gen 5 timmy) has sprung a minor leak,,i field stripped the Protege until it was a pile of bits and bobs.
It all looked way dry with just a slight residue of Dow 55 on it,when i compare it too the manual photos which look like the components are made of dow 55 i can only conclude that after i bathe it in a bucket of lube the leak will disappear as the o rings swell.
I have a question tho,it says in the manual that the Gen 5 will use either high pressure or low pressure air systems fine, but then confusingly it says that if you have an adjusta flow reg to set the output to 500psi from the bottle,i reckon my 68/45 is outputting somewhere in the region of 850 psi which is almost double the optimum of 500,can i damage the noid like this?
