anyone know the s.p. on getting a firearms certificate, for an air rifle?

air rifle u can have with out a license im sure but as for a shotgun u need to apply for one my mate got one at 20years old but he cud only have a certain gun if u get what i mean try googling it fella!!

BUT... If you do anything that is complained against that could be construded as violence, your license can be taken away from you.
They are so strict on getting and maintaining a license.
her dad has god knows how many shot guns and air rifles, so Shall ask them about the procedure...

its her dad i really dont want to piss off. He has hunting rights around the majority of where he lives. He can legally walk around with a fire arm and not be contested.
the fact that he used to be a body builder and my missus is his 'little girl' just adds to it really...


also, I know she loves me and wouldnt do anything like that... ;p

Do you specifically want an FAC Air Rifle, or do you just think you need a licence?

Why do you need FAC?

Would a regular Firearm be better?

Let me say this.
You need to be over 18 to hold an FAC.
You need to present Good Reason, why you need a Firearm.
You need to say what Firearm you want and where it will be used,

So, come back and expand a little dude and I will lavish my attention on you.

Just to clarify. I also hold a packed FAC and not so packed SGC and I also hold a PHD every time I go to the WC.

Remember, you cant have a firearm because you want one...you need good reason. I.e pest control, target shooting etc etc

wow..... a wealth of knowledge at my fingertips, sweet. i live on a converted farm (dwellings) and for the last 2 years have been victimized by a local gang smashing windows... so i decided to bear arms and shoot these suckers. i got a daystate X2 .177, as their factory is only round the corner i get an easy service deal. im not a bad shot and manage to nail a few of em but the pellets just bounce off.....
oh i forgot to mention the gang is 3 well persistent crows!! i swear to god they are so damn clever, they sit in the tree sticking their fingers up at me....
i've got to the point where in now obsessed..... lol i guess its vermin control then
