it also asks on form for team details, what happens if you change team? would one need to get a new card? and pay another 12.50, or would there be a card editing fee?

The membership cards do not have your team name on - the insurance cover is for the player. Several players play tournaments, walk ons and scenario events so we decided not to put the team name on the card.

Rebate if you don't like it - I would have thought you would have played customer paintball and then progressed to tournaments, walk ons etc... so you would know if you "like it" before you pay your membership or before you went out and spent sevaral hundred pounds on kit !!!!

I got told recently that my DJ'ing Public Liability insurance in theory covers me for paintball or american football, but if I was to claim after getting hurt or had a claim against me.
You know the rest.
If my P.L. insurance was only £15 for the year, I would be well happy

Welcome back Iain ;).

A lot of people need to realise that the UKPSF doesn't just provide the player with insurance. There are a lot of behind-the-scenes jobs taken care of by the UKPSF as well (like keeping us 'legal' for a start).

Have no fear - all of the 'kids' in my sons team will be joining - I will make it compulsory. BTW - is there a discount for kids ;)?

How long does it normally take to recieve the card once the membership has been paid?
I paid nearly two weeks ago and still haven't recieved anything.
