the dm9 and ego 8 are about the same but have been told nothing in it between the ego 8 and ego 9 so will have to get a ego 9 and find out

i have the dm9 and ego 8 and wouldnt say one is better than the other as for the ego 9 like i said will have to get one to see
Try shooting a Droid or a Closer.

Droid's are just pure aswome
They are not referring to your oppinion on them, more the fact that those mentioned guns are actually VERY different.
i shot egos in 5 6 and 7, great guns for the maintainance value, ...and yes i know im a dye boy , but the dm9 is a gun that is so accurate that when your looking for a shot on some one cross field, you dont just put it in thiere general direction and shoot, you can littrally moves your ropes on to them...its like a water coming out of a hose...!
and the whole maintainance thing on the spools thing is now a distant problem as the eye pipe and simple fuse bolt desighn allows me to get it done in about two minutes....and dont even get me started on the ultra lite frame that thing is the sex...!

I am the worst person in the world when it comes to maintaining markers and I manage with no problems!!
I have been around nearly as long as Twizz (hard to believe I know) and have shot most markers out there, the DM9 is now my firm favourite.
still doesn't stop you shooting like a girl andy
I also agree with all the above replies, dm9's are good, still turn to my old faithful the dm8 on odd occassions
