I Disagree you should always except the first offer with the money if your waiting for someone to pay you you clearly have no-one else interested in the deal sort it out amongst yourselves.
You agree now but if your name pops up on this list it will ruin your credibility and all the effort you have put into getting your feedback thread 100%

If someone naffs you off why not do it without asking permission,as long as you're honest and not rude there shouldn't be an issue.
It will also help others that otherwise might be messed around.
I've done it in the past it makes people more accountable,private or trade it makes no odds..but also praise when deserved...
..I never take part in polls as I guess nor do many others,they're usually motivated by someones bad experiences as you've intimated.
