hey guys, thanks for all the help, yes it was second hand, and iv had several responses from kyle at virtue, the first time he said they will pay the postage back, the second time he said i would have to include £10 to ship back, when it costs £8??

whats wrong is some of the colord LED's dont light up (yellow, teal and white), which are for low battery warning and programing ramp, so realy i need it fixed.

and it is second hand, although he said it is still under warrenty.

I sent mine to New York, cost me a £6.30 and they shipped it back to me. Told him that I bought it off Lips, even tho it was off tricky dicky who got it from Lips. They said they would replace it for me aslong as I sent it to them

i dont know were this one was bought, i think i might e-mail them back asking why they said they would pay postage back, then said i had to pay
In my opinion with dealing with things its best not to ask questions where they can point out your fault.

Email them back telling them what you are entitled to. Email them saying it is faulty under warranty, tell them you are sending it to them under warranty replacement and hope that the matter can be resolved amicably and promptly. Leave it at that.

I never discussed postage back, as it was fair of me to post it to them. As I remember it cost them $7.00 to send it back. So just dont discuss it, as its not an issue for them, but will become an issue for you.
