I have a snow "corridor" leading to my front door, not a path. I can't see the windows on the main level of my house from the road for the snow on my front lawn. . . .I have over 8' too.

Missy, we're tough ladies. . . . ;)

Ahh I see, I agree with Missy though that here in the UK we do seem to shut down at a small amount of snow. Though if we got this back in Adelaide no one would work they would be too busy throwing at each other as it never snows!

Pretty much everything in london came to a stand still since last night. Only a few buses are running, and theyre all in central. The underground has severe delays cos they have to constantly de-ice the overground parts but its great fun, and all my lectures got cancelled cos none of the lecturers could get in to work.

Looks like we'll have a full 8" here tonight. Just used my 'special' measuring stick to be sure.

Got to make the most of it while you can at my age ;)
