We need people to let us know as soon as possible, so that we won't have to postpone it due to lack of numbers.

At least a week before though for paint please.

Really sorry, but this has has to be moved to the weekend after, Saturday 28th Feb.

Sorry for the mix-up, but it's the only day we're now available.

If anyone who has originally said they can come but now can't make it, if you can let us know so that we know a better estimate on numbers
