29th November Newbie day, 32 people booked or thereabouts 7 people tuned up!!!

NQ dont make money off these events they just about break even!

there already is its just that it was £5 deposit and virtually no one turned up

Prizes will be given to 1st and 2nd place, and also individual prizes on the day for players that we think deserve them (most improved etc).

or whoever supplies luke with highest amount of sugary goodness

Hi guys,
I'm really sorry. I've posted up the wrong thread.

On the 21st, we're actually running a newbie day, not a newbie tournament.

The only difference is that it'll be more relaxed, more playing time and less emphasis on winning; more on learning the basics.

What we'll do be doing on the day is totally up to you guys.

The reason for this is that in the past, we've had trouble defining "newbie" (jsut over a year ago, we played our first ever tournament and came first in div 1).

We just need to know whether anybody needs to hire kit and how much paint people want. We normally have a bit left over, but we don't want to get too much/not enough.

ahh alright, well i will be coming down and will need paint and possibly an 09 depending if i can sort the leak out on my SLG but will let people know in hand
