Halo 9v adapter

Alrite guys,

Can you buy the adapters for 9v batteries in a halo? apparently it ahs to be set up in parrallel... and you need 2 9 volt batteries andyou have a special adapter for them

can these be bought or made, if you can make them, does anyone know how?

I know i havent described this very well, but i dont know how to word it
