The trouble is conspiracy's dont work for the simple reason that so many people are required for it to succeed that it would be impossible for it to be kept as a secret for any lenght time,this is when occams razor comes into effect... "With all other things being equal, the simplest solution is the best."

I'm afraid for most newspapers, the idea of responsible reporting has been replaced by the publishing of complete and utter drivel which seems to be a prerequisite for printing these days.I can see a conspiracy theory dawning from this.....and we were all involved. If you take a look at the lower end cr@p we have masquerading as responsible press, the coverage is aimed at a mindless demographic which tends to indicate they are a significant number (being as these newspapers are trying to sell as many copies as they can) and that saddens and infuriates me the most ... how can people read this cr@p and not be affected in terms of the way they subsequently view the word in which we live?.
Most of our press are scum and default to the lowest common denominator when choosing what they cover.
But I suppose we get what we deserve don't we?
Or is there a case for suggesting the press themselves are helping create this underclass of 'non-thinking morons' who concern themselves with celebrity tittle tattle, outright lies and BS?
