Halo B v35

Hey,

Just got a Halo B new. Put batteries in, turned it on, (not in config mode). Should it not start spinning? Nothing seems to happy?

if memory serves me, when you put new batterys in, it will be in mode 3, and yes it should be spinning untill you put balls in

try cleaning the eyes - if they are gunked it will think their is a ball in teh feedneck and not turn.

I have come to the conclusion i am completely Jinxed, with getting a products that don't work.

Will a fluffy up the feed work. I dont want to take apart as it could screw my warrenty?

should do the job ok - what i do for a quick clean between games.

Did you buy it brand new Tom?

Test the eyes are functioning properly mate by putting your finger up the feedneck (Ooh er ). The light on the back plate should change colour. Not sure what colour ball detection is on the Halos (The manual will tell you)

Can you turn the rip drive manually?

What batteries did you put in? Were they new?

Are the wires connected to the battery harnes damaged at all?

the battery wires arnt being pinched?

Yep product was brand new

I will check the battery connections tonight, as well as a fluffy up the spout. Ill let you know, cheers for the quick response

lol yep, the lights do go on and flash, but i will double check that all as well
