Angel A1 Or Ego 08

In OZ we had a bulletin Board arguing the merits of Mags and Cockers in ohh about 1993! Low tech nerds but it was the same principle!Threads like this bring back old memories
Wow, this thread is not turning out as i expected it given the thread title
Well from shooting both and owning a A1 since they come out all them years ago, I prefer the A1, they both do the same job but like said before, it's personal preference.
On the Ego, I don't like the bolt and bolt pin ramming back and forth 3 inches from your face, and it just feels too tall. Where as the A1 there's no moving parts that you can see, and it's a lot less maintenance. Wipe it ,oil it, throw it in your kit bag till next time.
but thats my opinion, as said before, try before you buy
Sneaky edit, one more thing i forgot, if you bought a standard A1, you can fit all the new Fly internals (magno valve) into the old gun, and all the new parts they release for the A1 fly, will fit the old A1's
