DO NOT BUY OFF "in_and_out_in_a_flash"

You would think people would learn about the dangers of HPA!

And a whole thread on potential exploding tanks with no one mentioning me?
Im appauled :eek::rolleyes:

In all seriousness mate, I doubt Ebay will do a thing as its not their responsibility to check every item, more down to trust of the seller. They may kick him off and he will sign under a different name,

I am inclined to agree, an ebay ban will only ban one credit card, he can soon re-join with another.

Name and shame him on all the forum's so that, no matter what type of balling he's into, he has no friends!

Brogan could have been stood next to any one of us at the fill station with that bottle!
In my opinion, that guy has committed the worst offence in paintballing and deserves the worst punishment we can legally enforce.

If you have his name Brogan, post it up! If you don't have it, I'll bet a quick call to Just paintball would reveal it, as he is no friend of theirs!

Seriously guy's, there can be no excuses for this one, the guy cannot possibly have used the bottle the way it was, so it can only be him that "modded" it. We have the "Smoking gun"!

Checking the ebay auction the seller leaves in Chigwell, which is about 10 minutes from me, and if I felt it would help, would pay a visit to the idiot!!!

However, anyone who could sell such a dangerous item is unlikely to have any desire to being told of the ramifications of their stupidity...

I believe all eBay users have to be over 18, so if the seller is under 18, he is in breach of policy. However, if over 18 and a private seller, there is no legal protection offered under law or on eBay.

Quoting...

Underage Users

To become a member of eBay, individuals must be at least 18 years of age.
Breaches of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

  • Listing cancellation
  • Limits on account privileges
  • Account suspension
  • Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
  • Loss of PowerSeller status
If you believe another member is underage, please report their user ID using the Report link below and include any relevant information. If you have an email from the member, please be sure to include a copy with the full header included.

Why does eBay have this policy?
When eBay members agree to buy or sell items, they are entering into contracts with each other. Throughout most of the world, individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter such contracts. For that reason, eBay does not allow individuals to register as members until they reach the age of 18.
