I am inclined to agree, an ebay ban will only ban one credit card, he can soon re-join with another.

Name and shame him on all the forum's so that, no matter what type of balling he's into, he has no friends!

In my opinion, that guy has committed the worst offence in paintballing and deserves the worst punishment we can legally enforce.

Checking the ebay auction the seller leaves in Chigwell, which is about 10 minutes from me, and if I felt it would help, would pay a visit to the idiot!!!

However, anyone who could sell such a dangerous item is unlikely to have any desire to being told of the ramifications of their stupidity...

I believe all eBay users have to be over 18, so if the seller is under 18, he is in breach of policy. However, if over 18 and a private seller, there is no legal protection offered under law or on eBay.
