rotor jamming

i got my rotor last week and in the morning it was fine with no jams atall.
until the afternoon it kept jamming.
and today i've just been running paint through it to see if it still jamms.
im lucky to get through a full hopper without it jamming. maybe 2 in 3 runs it jamms. and even worse it wont unjam.
the mechanism works fine with out paint , but when it jamms with paint it wont budge.
a hopper this expensive shouldnt jam like that. my egg never did.

so what could be wrong guys??

I know it sounds stupid, but are the red tabs done up? And what paint are you using?

yup the red tabs are done up and the paint is that formula 13 stuff.
every one else was using that paint with their rotors and it was fine.


and jack what is there a faulty batch or something??

Try with fresh batteries.

the batteries in it now have only been used for half a day at traning from new.

irrelevant if they were old or not fully charged out of the pack, get some new ones in it

Batteries are always a first to check even when brand new out the packet, i banged a brand spanking new procell in my ego today and it wouldnt shoot at all pretty much, cleaned everything stripped the whole gun, regs the lot, finally someone said try another battery and as sure as god made little apples it worked spot on all day lol

exactly that happend to my ego. i stripped the whole gun and cleaned it just like you did. then i chnaged the battery and then it worked perfectly fine.

anyway back to the rotor. i will buy new betteries tomorrow and see if works.
