halo problems

hi folks.
I have a Halo loader kicking around here which had a boar replacement earlier on this year but alas the loader still doesnt appear to work.

th led comes on and flasges when the loader is turned on, it even flashes when the marker is fired but the motor doesnt turn thereby not feeding into the marker. any help or idas on how to fix this problem would be gratfully appreciated as i carnt afford to buy a whole new loader just yet.

try taking it apart and making sure the rubber belt is on the pulleys

managed to strip it and found the band was loose since replaced it but still no movement from the feedtray.

Borrow a working one, and compare yours to the working one. Just a suggestion.
