I thought we should have a place to explain the words and terms used in pump play so that those new to pump would know what's going on.
I'll start, but please post up with your additions, and i'll edit them in ASAP
6 pack + (AGD 6 pack +) Picture
An Air Gun Designs quick changer for 12 gram CO2 sparklets. The 6 pack holds 12 grams in a magazine and one in the marker, totaling 7 12 grams. The user pulls a lever to change the 12 gram, and the changeover is much faster than a common bucket changer or dropout.
10 round tubes Picture
Test tube sized plastic pod made for loading low capacity hoppers or stick feeds.
12 gram Picture
12 gram small carbon dioxide source for use in 12 gram adaptors with stock class or pistol markers.
50 shot (50 round) Picture
50 ball capacity hopper such as a winchester, sportshot or ammo-box
Ammo-box Picture
Small capacity hopper with a low profile. Various types made by different companies.
Auto-trigger (AT) Picture
Mechanism that allows the user to hold the trigger down and pump the marker releasing a ball for every pump. This mechanism doesn't bypass the sear in a trigger frame, it uses a rotating cam to cycle the trigger back tao it's firing point and the force of your finger pulling the trigger releases the sear once more.
Boxgun Picture
Pistol sized pump from Earon Carter of Cartermachine.
Bucket changer Picture
12 gram CO2 changer that pierces the top of the sparklet when the two parts are screwed together.
Bulk air Picture
Using an air or CO2 tank as opposed to single use air sources such as 12 grams.
Bulk feed Picture
Using a hopper to feed paint as opposed to 10 round tubes.
Buzzard Picture
Nelson based pump made by Earon Carter.
Brass Eagle
Manufacturers of several pump items. E.g. ammo box, stingray and rainmaker.
Carter machine
High end nelson based pump manufacturers and signature Carter sniper manufacturer. Earon Carter builds markers to fairly custom specifications. Website: http://www.cartermachine.com/
CCI
Component Concepts Inc. mother of the nelson based Phantom marker.
Website: www.phantomonline.com
CCM

Constant air
See bulk air.
Donkey Picture
An ASA right at the end of the main tube found on many older pump markers.
Dropout changer Picture
12 gram CO2 changer that pierces the top of the sparklet when the screw at the back is turned in.
Dual rod PicturePicture
A pump action marker with two pump rods.
Grey Ghost Picture
Lapco manufactured nelson based pump marker. Very similar to the phantom.
Frantom
Phantom barrel bored out to accept freak inserts by White Wolf Airsmithing (WWA)
Hinge (frame) Picture
Sniper frame with a pivotal trigger action.
Hitman mod Picture
A modification to a pump handle that extends part of the handle down in line with the ASA.
Horizontal feed Picture
A marker that feeds paint in from a feed tube lying parallel to the barrel.
Line SI
Manufacturers of Nelson based markers such as the Bushmaster SI.
KP (1,2,3) Picture
Sheridan based brass markers.
Maverick Picture
Open class nelson based dual rodded pump marker made by ACI. (The Trracer is the same marker, marketed under the name of PMI)
Modified stock class
A format of pump play that adapted from true stock class with the invention of the bulk air tank. Normally players use a horizontal feed marker with a bulk air tank, but a hopper fed marker using twelve gram CO2 sparklets would be just as valid for modified stock.
Nelson
A single tube arrangement of valve, hammer and bolt utilised by many pump markers.
Open class
A format of pump play that allows any type of pump marker, as long as the user has to pump the marker each time they shoot.
Palmers Pursuit
Manufacturers of mainly brass Sheridan based markers such as the houndstooth, pug and superstocker.
PGP Picture
Sheridan based pistol sized marker made by Sheridan.
Phantom Picture
Nelson based marker made by Mike Cassidy of CCI.
Pneumatic assist Picture
A pump marker that uses air to complete part of the cycle, but still relies on the user to pump it before a ball can be shot.
Post-2K (2K+)
Post-2K refers to the year of autococker body or part. Post-2K parts have different dimensions and threads to Pre-2K parts or bodies. For example, if your autococker has a post-2K body, then you will not be able to install a pre-2K pump kit.
Pre-2K
Pre-2K refers to the year of autococker body or part. Pre-2K parts have different dimensions and threads to Post-2K parts or bodies. For example, if your autococker has a pre-2K body, then you will not be able to install a post-2K pump kit.
Pump arm Picture
The rod that connects the pump handle to the bolt on a pump action marker.
Pump kit Picture
A manual substitute for a set of pnuematics on a sniper.
Return spring Picture
A spring that pushes the pump handle back into the state required for firing.
Sheridan
1. A double tubed arrangement of valve, hammer and bolt used in markers such as the PGP or KP.
2. A company that produces brass markers with the Sheridan design.
SL68 Picture
Tippmann's main production pump (can someone who knows more about these please help me out here?)
Slam-fire
A marker that will fire with the trigger depressed on completion of the pump cycle. The effect of slam fire is the same as the effect of an autotrigger, but it is achieved without the use of a cycling sear.
Slider (frame) Picture
A trigger frame that releases the sear on a sliding trigger action.
Sniper (II, III) Picture
The original Budd Orr marker before it had pnuematics put on it and became the modern autococker.
Any Autococker body with a pump kit on it is a sniper.
Speed caps Picture
A flip top lid for 10 round tubes.
Sportshot Picture
A low capacity hopper much like a Winchester.
Splatmaster Picture
An old nelson style pistol sized marker.
Stickfeed Picture
A marker that uses a single stacked tube of paint as opposed to a hopper.

A half nelson, half Sheridan design used on the Sterling line of markers (now sold by Arrow precision).
Website: http://www.arrow-precision.com/
Stock class (SC)
A setup of pump marker limited to small capacity horizontal feed and 12 gram air source. Strict stock class rules are not really played anywhere (even in the US) anymore, but you can find the rules on www.stockclasspaintball.com
Anti-siphon Picture
An Anti-siphon tube is a small tube put inside a CO2 tank to minimise the amount of liquid CO2 entering the marker. These are less necessary on pump markers, because the low rates of fire tend to give the CO2 time to expand into gas.
Trracer
See Maverick.
Undercocking Picture
A pump kit that doesn't require a handle that wraps around the barrel to function. The handle is normally supported by one or more guide rods underneath the barrel
VSC Picture
Acronym for Vertical air Stock Class, meaning any marker with a horizontal stick feed and a vertically mounted 12 gram adaptor.
