Coming soon!!! Indoor weekly walkon

Disecting each word from a forum user? Nice work sherlock....i'm sorry to not have posted with the exact measurements, but i couldn't lay my hand on my tape measure at that time.

I can only judge by your user name and your ever so productive posts, that this can only be the subject of sour grapes?

Disgruntled employee perhaps, or maybe these posts are from the organ grinder himself?

Either way, this is about a new venture, that has been created by Ronnie to give people what they have so longed for since challenge was closed.

To which i can only say Fair play and congratulations dude, i hope it goes well for you. I have no doubt in my mind that it will.
From the outset, this place looks truly awesome.

His outlook is positive and enthusiastic. And as a business man, i can only assume that he will be more professional than yourself and dissacosiate himself from such petty arguments.

If there is nothing constructive to say, then it is best not to say it at all.

For all those that have been positive and supportive, a massive thank you is given, look forward to seeing you all.

Thank you.
Sour Grapes. Maybe.
When I first read this thread, as it was almost word for word of similar posts I produced during the end of 2007 and start of 2008 when we were at the early stages of our Pearmill development.

I wouldn't say I was unprofessional as the planning process was very mundane indeed and I personally spent hours upon hours through setback after setback to achieve planning permission for paintball at the venue.

However things change, and time moves on.
So good luck to you Ronnie. It can only be good for paintball in the north west to have another quality indoor venue.

Best of luck with your new venture. Via la indoor revival!

I don't think it's a case of starting a petty argument as the legal and planning bods can be proper red tape Hitlers if they don't get exactly what they want. I had the pleasure of working at the sadly long departed Nu Earth ondoor site that was sited in Oldham in 1990 and the problems those guys had finally getting the doors open to the public was ridiculous, even by today's standards. With that in mind, I can only assume that Ronnie and chums have had a health and safety minefield to tip toe through, and to not lose heart in the venture should stand as testament to the boys' will and determination to deliver what sooo many others have posted up, finally a quality indoor site. I for one will be paying a visit and maybe even giving my lad his first ever game cos he's been chewing my frigging ears off for years about playing. He's got all my old tips, teflon sprayed playing gear, bar towel sown to the inner forearm, squeegeed fingers on the gloves lol and he's perfected the shouts of "go suck donkey balls ref, you blind f****r lol.

Seriously, the very best of wishes to all involved and I sincerely hope it's a success for you guys. If you need a hand with anything, gimme a shout ok Ronnie. Now can I have that free box of paint:p

Haha.....Yeah, regulations, guidelines, T's crossed i's dotted, do this, can't do that, have this....can't have that and so on....nightmare!! you name it....it has been toothcombed! Ronnie even had to grab a shave as it was deemed a health and safety hazard!!! ;)

Seriously though Ant, a hell of a lot of work has been done to get this site just right....blood, sweat, tears and stress has put this together to give people exactly what they want.

And they will have just that...I'm buzzing already man :)

Thank you for your support mate and once it's doors are open, come down and we'll look after ya!

The exact date of opening is not yet finalised, but if you wanna know more, just drop ronnie a mail.

Look forward to seeing you soon dude.

Cheers dude, I'll be there. Told my lad and he's frigging worse now, so it looks like he'll be wanting his first set up now instead of a PS3. Oh well, at least it gives me a valid excuse for wanting my own playing gear again, noe of this "you're all just a load of big kids playing with guns, grow up"!!!

Truth be known, I'm as excited as he is really:D:D:D

And come to think of it, Ronnie being trusted with a razor IS a safety hazard....
