What do people think of Millenium rules and marshal's, Ive played America(awesome refs and rules you can work with) Ive played Milleniums and would not travel to Europe again, America its about the game and players having fun, leave your shirts out, have a conversation with the refs and play hard. Millenium refs are not supposed to speak to you, dead players don't talk,no 2 colour hoppers,1 ID card only on lanyard, gun down on a paint check, it just goes on and on wheres the sport any more, maybe why alot of teams are looking elsewhere to play, look how many UK teams are not playing next year.
Perfect example my friend bought a new DM9 the book has a miss print on programing and some boards are also faulty, gun shoots over its cap he spends 3 minutes in the sin bin but gets to play the rest of the tourney,Millenium you get banned from the whole tourney for something thats not anything within your control. We had 2 players banned a couple of years ago at Campaign because the guns added a shot on the Virtue boards, not really a huge cheat, didnt win because of the guns, still went out with 5 players and made Sunday club. One marshall passed the gun then another had a go and banned them. These are my thoughts alone and just looking for other peoples feedback. We pay good money to travel to these events(Paris cost me £700) my hopper was banned after 3 games, it is custom painted from inside grey and red lightning, both colours are not paint colours and Ive played other Milleniums with it as well as everywhere else.UK event organiser please note tournys are getting less teams entering and banning the player for the day because his gun goes over by point 2 of a shot is not helping, give him a one game suspension, tell him to get the gun fixed. Why are we trying to impose more and more rules, this is why the smaller tournys are getting more popular, its about play hard but have fun. Shoot me down in flames if you want but I just want your feeback on paintball rules in geneneral
