Marshalling Help, Tips, Advice Please!

Just got a job at a rec-ball site marshalling, and was wondering if anyone has any info that might help me!
Lil nervous..
All tips, stories, advice much appreciated!

or tuck a large towel into the front of your trousers so it hangs down infront of them

Or, noticing that your name is Olivia, don't bother holding your nuts.
Find out how the guns cycle through paint, so you can fix them on field. Saves plenty of effort if you can get that stuck ball outta the breech, rather than having to find a spare gun.
Get a ref shield, so you can get right in there. Also works wonders for helping scared girls outta the game, and you can feel all heroic afterwards.
Work hard.

Accept that you will get shot.... lots

learn

learn the fields. so you can find the best spots to stand to watch as many people at once making calling people out easier.

accept your gonna get shot every time you walk on the field.

be confident and loud, the public look towards you as a leader.

don't take any $h1t, cause your a girl/young etc everyone will hassle you.

enjoy whist you can.(eventually you'll get annoyed of seeing stupid people remove their mask because they can't see)

be enthusiastic, i started playing because of a marshal who loved the sport hopefully you might inspire others to take it up.
