air tank weight

hi guys
i have a humungous
1.9ltr (115cu) 3000psi fibre wrap air tank
it weighs:
1636g/ 3.6lb
is this heavy?
measurements:
11.5cm wide/hieght
35.5cm long (including the full reg)

the reason i ask is someone recommends for me to get a
48 30 fibre wrap for £80 (this is what he said please tell me if cheaper or more expensive) second where mine cost me £66 new
this is because i might be starting sup air
so is it worth spending the £80 on that
or should i spend £20-25 on an alu version?

btw im using a 4 inch drop wiht the stock ion asa
because if i use an on off the tank is too far down my body.

id say get a smaller tank and lose the drop forward, will help your form considerably.

..could probably sell the big arse tank to a woodsballer for big games, most of them run remotes anyhow

For the steely your looking about £30-35 mate There not worth much. Who ever sold it to you for £66 riped you off i go mine for £40 i think it was if not £45 New.

Fiber one has the better advantage but i know of some one that wont go for a fiber because he finds the steely better.. Owell :L

But i find fiber better due to i can move my gun around a bity faster

No one on here would really buy a steel tank so look for selling it via your local site or on fleabay.

98% of players here use a 1.1L(0.68) 4500psi fibre wrapped tank which you can buy secondhand off here for about £70-90.
We use these tanks for a reason as they give the best balance of size vs capacity, just check the tanks for knocks and the expiry date as each tank has a limited life. Do a search for tank testing if you need to know more

No i ment i bought mine new for £40/45 i cant rember off a shop though and no you would only get about 30 cause i sold mine for £35 but my mate sold his for £30 though,
