as it says, just keep going round in circles. there sever asks for a password it sends your account. so how do i do this ? really banging my head now and been at it for 4 hours 
any one know how to get email working on blackberry ?

Have you put in your e-mail account password (I am assuming you are trying to set up a sync from your email account to blackberry?). Most things just require this and BAM! it's all done. Having never used a blackberry I can't be more specific, but I would assume it's like most things on the market.

tick, i want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server
has your blackberry enterprise server provided you with activation password
yes = enter email acc and password
no= pc suit set up takes you back to step 1
yes = connect connection failed

What model Blackberry is it mate?
Was it given to you by your work? If so, get your IT guys to set it up. If not, if you are trying to access your work email server it may have to be authorised by your work and thus will not let it connect due to passwords etc...
Your Blackberry should be directly connected to your work email server set-up to get your emails.
RIM is Research In Motion, the company that builds the Blackberrys. You can also try your service providers helpdesk to see if your GPRS function has been authorised. Saying that, is GPRS turned on to get the 3G network?
