The cynical among us may well choose to interpret the lack of posts as an indicator to just how bad things have got but I honestly don't think it is that bad.
As Pipes says, people are less prone to compliment but that in no way undermines the validity of any criticisms, it just means we should be seeing more positive stuff.

The premier event in the UK before the Millennium appeared was the Mayhem Masters, EVERYONE went to it, reffing was the best, the UK teams kicked ass, the organisers either made a loss or broke even.

What we have now is a business which puts on big events at good locations which make money.

Paintball is constantly trying to evolve, so maybe the Millennium has some surprises in for us in '09.

erm, nobody ever lost money at that one mate, you had to buy your paint there, and it wasn't cheap. That event made a mint. If people were still prepared to pay those prices I could give you an event people would be talking about for years.

Agreed.I know you have stated this in the past, pay a bit/lot more for the paint and the event becomes worth attending.

Get me 90 teams who will actually pay an entry fee and travel to an event once per year in the UK, staying in a hotel for 2-3 nights, and buying from a selection of paint from the organiser of the event for 5 quid a box more than you usually pay, and I'll show you a UK event that will make your eyes water. If you can't show me that, then enjoy the Farmer-Giles BYOP league or whatever crap you're playing right now.

Fcukin A. Every box of bullets comes with an Albanian hooker, gratis.

To be fair, to have a good Millennium you need to throw a bag of sand at it each anyway. It must be the poor people complaining again.

Just getting a post into the thread. The Millennium Rocks thread only has 7, and the Millennium sucks one has, like, a brazilian posts already...
How many posts does a hairless groin area equal?

Although I suppose MissyQ's hairless groin area accommodates more posts than most....
