Anyone Know or play with BROOKES95

I reminded myself to brookes95 on 11th of the month.
Today is 17th and I still haven't got the air tank and the barrel sock that I paid for on 25th of September.
I guess I have got no other option than to start claim with PayPal to get my money back from this CONMAN.

I called the number and left a message and nothing happened, when i read this, i tried again and got a guy called Barry Carlton who seemed genuinely bewildered as to what the hell was going on..now either the tel number i was given was wrong or Brookes is a frrikkin good good actor, i think it's the former and so....has anybody get a valid number for Brookes please and then PM with it?

mate, go forward with the paypal claim. They will side with you over brookes no problem, as they always side with the buyer. Although, when you win the claim it is not paypal who sends the money it is the person you put the claim against, in this case brookes...all that happens for the while his paypal is disabled is that he cant get money in/out,change settings or anything until hes refunded you. I know this as somebody put a claim against me when my marker was lost in the post and we got into a a small feud. Although i thought i should tell you this just to warn you that he can sit tight with paypal for aslong as he can with out refunding you, even worse if hes withdrawn the money already so he can just 'disapear', so i would get round to it ASAP for everyone. Im not sure how long paypal will let him sit their without refunbding you.
..Although their is another way you can get the money back without him having to transfer it, Paypal do note too you through the claim that if you lose you can actually contact the banks to do the fund transfer for you, between them. This is the best way to resolve this and ensure you have the money back so i would get to paypal and decide your options and hopefully get the banks to do it for you.

also has anybody tried contacting 'Nicey' on the forum? hes on his friends list and seems as if he may knoe brookes personally

I have already started a dispute with Mr Tom Brookes alias 'brookes95' via PayPal.
If I do not get a satisfactory outcome then I will escalate the dispute to a claim.
Hopefully I will get my money back... sometime by the end of the year

As Tricky Dicky says, you could try get in touch with 'Nicey' and get 'brookes95' valid phone number from him.

Hi this is brookes95 friend, i can honestly assure you that he is not the type of person to scam people, yes i am his friend but i currently live in Canada and i havent seen him in about 2 months and wont do until i return at xmas for 2 weeks. Since i left in september i have tried emailing him, sending him messages on myspace etc but he hasnt replied and hasnt had any activity what so ever, im guessing that possibly his internet is down or that he may not be at home or something may have gone wrong at home (hes 17 still lives with his parents). But trust me on this he is not the type of person to scam people, i will try n get in touch with him asap because u all seem to be pretty pissed off and investigating who this guy is.
