If this guy cannot be trusted to sell his gear on here than he should not be allowed to sell in future .

I received my item in the end and thought that all others would be a day or so away from theirs.

Seems not to be the situation, i hope that all others have this situation resolved soon and this guy feels ashamed for his conduct.

His name is Tom. Tom Brookes.. That is what PayPal services says.

I think that I am going to claim my money back by the end of the week.

Update....... just spoken to chris at danger zone he seems to think that brooks has been banned from this forum .i don't know how true this is but it sounds about right

and look at his username, it's blue, when you are banned (even for a short time) it becomes pink.

The mods would not ban someone with whom people have ongoing problems like him, they are giving him every opportunity to allow him to resolve this...
