You need to think about your budget.
Then what game type you'll be playing.
If you're playing woods ball.

Then your looking around Tippmann, BT-4 or somthing along those lines.

But Supair' all depends on what you play as in format, and also you'll need a low maintenance gun.
So a Mini is a good gun, but i'd go for an Angel with with right budget.
The A1 is a perfect gun to start with.

Hi mate firstly welcome to the crazy and very adictive world of paintball.

The first thing i would advise is try as many guns as you can and only go new if you can afford it. Most guys will be willing to let you try out there gats especialy at the end of the day when there just gonna emty a hopper down range, they will love the chance to show off there pride and joy and a few will even let you have a game or two with it aswell.

There are some real bargins to be had and if you search the classifieds on here some guys are selling the whole kit and caboodle! For most modern guns a 1.1 45k bottle will do you fine unless your looking at playing senario type longer games and check the test date before buying one too. Pmi preset regs are very reliable and fairly common.

I personaly would suggest any planet eclipse gat ie Etek 1/2 or any Ego 5,6,7 or 8 but the budget might be a little tight for an 08!. All of these can hold there own in any touney series so there is no need to get the newest however they are improved every year so bear that in mind when you part with your cash. They are all light, reliable, accurate good on paint and air and are easy to work on.

Both myself and the rest of our team have been using egos for some time now and we simply cant fault them. If your ever at any NSPL Event pop over for a chat and we will happily show you around the guns and any other kit we use. Or give the guys at planet a bell they are great guys and will give you good old fashiond honest advice.
