ramping!!!!!!

what are the rules on ramping, can we use it and if so how many bps.
upped my ion with qev, firebolt and blackheart, now getting confused at what it should be set at and how to set it. Any help!

barry (finghard) has his marker set up the same have a chat with him and sorry no ramping but you can pull the trigger as fast as you want.
but that doesn't mean you can bounce the trigger.
