dont take this personally, but thats not a very nice thing to say to a new guy especially from a moderator...thats like shooting a player on his first day in a wood land sight at 15 balls a second ...hes not going to come back is he....?
also the use of text talk like qft, isnt that against the rules...?.......
firstly QFT isn't text talk. Its a well known acronym that has been around for years in computer circles. These are most definitely allowed in the rules.
secondly - lumps post is clearly tongue in cheek. the use of a winking smiley clearly denotes this.

a magazine isnt the best implement for painting the old meat and 2 veg. i find a roller and tin of dulux is far superiour(sp?)
