jitsu you know the whole story and it doesnt need to be dug up at every oppertunity
if "d" wanted the court case shouted about on the net hed have done it himself
as he hasnt maybe it shouldnt be mention till he does

Where have I mentioned court case or this "D"? No my friend you are mixing up the posts, please learn the english language and grammar before kicking off with people. No offense but I don't believe I have mentioned or implied court proceedings about anything. Reason I haven't is becuase I have nowt to do with it.

I mentioned Moderators because i am one of the mods that got booted, so please next time have the decency to check the back ground before you post.

Secondly what do you mean by mods? Do you mean marshalls? In which case ive been marshalling for him since christmas and playing there since i started paintball back in the days DOA used to play there so i know most the back ground from then onward.

Thridly mate i was hardly kicking off just making the point that whenever Just or PB are mentioned your very quick to jump all over it so why do you think it would be any different on that marshall/player front.

My point again its very easy to look at something from one side but you all know fine well its not that simple and frankly its beneath you to keep dragging it up.

Not going to react to the rest of your post, as I know too little about it, but what's wrong with bitching? It is exactly the above attitude that is wrong with paintball. Everything that is wrong shouldn't be mentioned and smothered with love, otherwise you're just bitching...

Well our team has know Jim and Just for years and years, even had Jim play for us in Prague many moons ago, and Ive never thought anything other than what a nice chap he is.

Im glad he has found success, and wish him all the best for the future.

As for banning an employee for playing at the competitions site. I do not blame him! What is he supposed to do? Lie down and right "welcome" on his chest? This is business, not a youth centre.

I totally agree with Bolter,i have known Jim since 2002 when my old team northern outkasts trained up at pointblank i found Jim to be nothing but helpfull,friendly and generous in the time i have known him.
I dont know much about jims business dealings or how he decides to conduct things nor do i care either.

so if you worked at sainsburys (as i do) and you shopped once in tescos then you'd quite happily agree with being sacked ? same principle. i work for phoenix paintball/skirmish paintball and i play at SAS and WDP Bassetts Pole. getting the sack for going somewhere different is a piss take and i'd tell the employer to go f**k themselves.
