i know this is kind of a newby question, but i get confused, just wondering when my air tank runs out it says 2004/10 ^^ 09 but i dont know the month???

er - i'd say so yeah, might depend on what bottle kind it is.

i think fibrewrap need retest every 5 years and steel need it every 3? I THINK.. not 100%
