You say that now, but I know for the organisers of two very well known tournament series's in the UK are about to sit down and have a meeting about exactly what I just suggested, maybe we should all have a little more belief in the people behind paintball in this country.

I'm not sure I should say exactly what I have heard as I am not sure if its public knowledge as of yet, all I will say is its nothing to do with anything I've heard on here, in fact I learned of this after a brief chat with a friend/associate of one of the organisers. Sorry for the cryptic answer, i'm just not sure if its really my place to comment on it in a public forum.

I do believe the same thing happened with a thread with Robbo where it went into the gold board where someone claimed he knew something when either he didnd or didnt want to say.

Me personally am highly intrigued at what this information is, I ultimate for the UKMasters and am intruiged when I havnt heard anyhing along the grape vine. Please release me from my tension.

Apparently wendy is due to have a chat soon with the organisers of freekz tournaments about working together, which although I haven't competed in either tournament series, I have attended a few rounds of the masters, and it always seems pretty well put together, and I have heard good things about the freekz series, so this could be good news all round if something comes off.

What about having a show, late friday nights with barely-clad busty women strutting about a field, and then have the paintball tournament running in the background. It's guaranteed to attract viewers... This, my friends is the way to make paintball into a mainstream sport. TV companies will love it, as long as we can trick them into thinking that people are watching 'for the paintball' (as will be the excuse given to most housewives across the nation).
