Dye casual/empire casual sizing ?

This might sound quite tartish but im buying some new t shirts, in the uk im an xxl ( laugh if you may ) so i ordered an xxl dye t shirt...fricken things like a duvet on me so im an xl in dye casual sizes ( im starting to feel slimmer already ).

My question is does anybody know if empire casual has roughly the same size fitment ? i dont want to order xxl im empire and it be like another duvet, but i dont want to order xl and look like a fat kid in a boob tube.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How are we supposed to know what size you are? XXL is massive in any shop surely and XL is a little smaller.

Its what annoys me about clothes, XL in america is still baggy on me ( nice fitment so i dont look like a tw@ ).
