Why? I can understand the concept of the rule if I was selling all my items brand new, which could look like a shop....
But im not, its quite clear that the brand new items were bought, and simply just never used?
I agree its a technicality, but I use the term 'never used' and I think that's ok. Mods, do you agree?
'Brand new' possibly infers you just bought it only to sell it, while 'never used' does not denote an amount of time you might have been holding on to it and 'never used' it so decided to sell it. Can Mods clarify or is this not the place to do that?
