a steeli is cheaper and can only fill up to 3000psi and it is quite heavy new they go for 45 + postage, on here ive seen some between 20-35+postage
a fibre wrapped is lighter and can fill up to 4500 psi, you will get more shots with this one , they usually got for 100-130 of a website, but on here about 60-90, but they are well worth it,
if want a blue ion or just a ion, im sure if you look back on for sale ion threads, there will be one that tickles your fancie, and if they dont you can always put a wanted thread up for a blue ion and your price range, and forum members will do there up most to help
