hello all, i bought a ego 05 yesterday, and i was wondering what are the good things and bad things about this,

how much are star frames ?

what modes do they have?

what new boards can i get?

what hoppers go well with them ?

everything and anything pritty much

i picked up a star frame and board for 25 quid second hand,
to my knowledge the board was no different its the nexus board that is different,
tadao, virtue etc all do boards but have no lcd screen,

on hoppers i ran i a reloader b, vlocity with virtue chip and they both cope fine
i have a sound activated revvi that will also work beautifully with the 05 up to 10-12bps

and yes black with red trim JT bottle cover 1.1 if you fancy it ;)

Star frames not sure.

They have semi, miull ramping, psp i think, but it'll need re flashing to fit current rules on ramping.

All the normal ones, virtue, tadaeo etc.

All hoppers, depends what you need it for obviously halos reloaders velocity's pulses magnas, that sorta thing for top end. Although if you're poor theres the overdrive marker on planet eclipses site.

Nice and efficient, not quite a borg but great for its age.
Very little to go wrong with them and easy to look after.:)
