I don't like to think how "much" I train, but how effectively I train.
Turning up to a site at 9am, warming up then drilling for 3 hours (and getting my team-mates to critique my stance/shooting so that I am actually improving, not just repeating for the sake of it), stopping only to gas up and pot up, then breaking for an hour's lunch and warming up again, then drilling for another 3 hours is a good day. If I can repeat that 4 times a month, I'm a happy bunny.
